Biography

I have dedicated my practice to helping injured people with their personal injury claims. I enjoy getting to know each of my clients on a personal level, which helps me ensure I can help with all of their legal needs. I was a founding partner at Richie, Wickstrom & Wachs, LLP, which merged into the current practice in 2017.

My wife and I have four children together, and over the years have spent most of our time away from work attending and volunteering, in some capacity, for their extracurricular activities. I'm a strong advocate for maintaining the strength and integrity of Wisconsin public schools and universities. I regularly participate in issues that affect these institutions.

Greatest Accomplishment

My proudest professional accomplishment has been handling Dorr v. Sacred Heart Hospital, which set a precedent requiring hospitals to honor their reimbursement agreements with health insurance companies rather than attempt to get more money from the people who were covered by that health insurance, through the appellate courts.
