Biography

Robert Gingras is the founding partner of Gingras, Cates and Wachs.

His practice emphasizes the areas of class action litigation, wage and overtime claims, personal injury, professional malpractice, civil rights, employment discrimination and retaliation, sexual harassment, insurance company misconduct, and product liability.

Robert frequently lectures on various legal issues as they pertain to his areas of practice. He has extensive trial experience and has obtained numerous large jury awards and settlements.
